For the last decade, utilizing my Bachelor's in Health Administration and a Master's in Public Administration, I've been immersed in healthcare, working tirelessly to optimize operations, build strong relationships with physicians, manage referrals, and deliver exceptional patient care. Recognizing the power of creativity in driving brand success, I founded Smith & Crawford to assist female entrepreneurs in the aesthetics space in reaching their fullest potential. Taleesa is our captivating Creative Director and Reels Specialist. She dominates the social media scene, sponsored by renowned brands on both Instagram and Tiktok. Taleesa's hobbies include reading, content creation, and cherishing moments with her kids and husband.
And let's not forget her amazing talents—she's double jointed in all her fingers, always ready to wow you with fun party tricks. For Taleesa, she has a Bachelor’s in Public Health and a Master’s Degree is in Health Care Delivery so connecting with new people and making friends is an obsession. It's the lifeblood of her vibrant persona.
